Thank you for your contributions to the strategy process!

Throughout 2024, we have been working to develop this strategy for Norwegian football, setting the direction for the next six years. The goal of this strategic process has been to establish clear priorities and shape the national and international agendas.

A successful strategy requires engagement and broad support, and our ambition has been to create a process that unites and inspires the Norwegian football community. We also want our work—and the key decisions ahead—to spark curiosity beyond our own football family.

In shaping this strategy, we have listened to over 2,000 voices from across the football community.

Through meetings, workshops, dialogues, and evaluations, we have gathered ideas, input, and experiences from players, coaches, volunteers, club leaders, staff, regional associations, referees, and interest groups nationwide. We are deeply grateful for these valuable contributions, which have helped shape a strategy that truly reflects what matters most for Norwegian football.

We are proud to have created an inclusive and engaging process—one that provides a strong foundation for achieving our goals together. This strategy applies to all of Norwegian football.
