National teams & elite clubs
- The women's senior national team qualified for the World Cup and European Championship.
- Silver medal in the UEFA Women's U19 EURO 2022; U17 women's team participated in EURO 2022 and 2024.
- The U21 men's team participated in EURO 2023; the U19 men's team participated in EURO 2023 and 2024, qualifying for the U20 World Cup in 2025.
- Established a U14 national team for girls and a Future National Team for boys.

- Ullevaal Stadium was awarded the UEFA Women's Champions League final in 2026.
- The new attendance record in the Toppserien is 11,636 (Rosenborg vs. Brann, 12.06.22).
- Two hundred clubs offer the UEFA Playmakers program, which increases the recruitment base for 6-year-old girls by approximately 40%.
- Several key milestones for female representation in football, including Norway's first female football president and first female head coach in men's elite football.
- Over 3,000 certified female coaches, with more than 100,000 course participants annually.
Referee development
- Norwegian referees back at the top level in Europe (including Rohit Saggi, Henrikke Nervik, Espen Eskås, Kristoffer Hagenes, and Sigurd Kringstad).
- Further development of NORCORE to recruit and develop referees, with shared expertise between grassroots and elite levels.
- Referee developers hired in all regions.
- Increased number of female referees, with 45% of female referee talents receiving close follow-up through NORCORE.
Futsal
- Futsal has become Norway's 12th largest sport, with over 20,000 active players.
- Established a women's national futsal team, which is now internationally competitive.
- Set a new futsal attendance record (1,350 spectators).
- First-ever Norwegian Futsal Championship in the 2022/23 season.
